Announcing The 2009 “In It To Win It!” Body Transformation Challenge!

What: 12 Week Group Transformation Contest
When: May 18th to August 10th, Last day to sign up is June 12th
Mission: To get Stronger and Sexier to show off your beach body this summer!
Prizes: More FREE Boot Camp
Who Can Join: All current boot campers

So here’s what you need to do next to be eligible to compete in this once-in-a-lifetime contest:
– Commit to sticking to the program and decide what you would most like to achieve.
– Commit to attending class 3x/week for the next 12 weeks.
– Complete the self evaluation at the back of your info-pack.
– Be ready to take measurements and photos Monday, May 18th at 6:15 am. If you cannot make it on Monday, speak to me about making other arrangements.
– Plan your cardio and nutrition. Read through the booklet and then speak to me if you need help with this.
– Participation in this challenge generally costs $39 but I am offering to waive the fee in exchange for two small requests from you.

1. Write your thoughts/opinions about AIR Personal Fitness Boot Camp online at sites like yelp.com, yahoo.com.
2. Donate $10 to FANtastic Kids, a fitness and nutrition program based in Dorchester. Donation is a request only, not mandatory. Click here for more information about FANtastic Kids and the work they are doing.
