Meet Jaylin

I am Jaylin Allen, a Holistic Certified Personal Trainer, Educator, Coach, Expert on Weight Loss and Wellness, Functional Movement Specialist and a member of the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) with over twelve years experience in the fitness industry. I am also a Certified Spin Instructor through Mad Dogg Athletics.

I am best known for creating a unique training experience. I take a personalized interest in my clients, providing guidance and support to help them reach their goals in ways that extend beyond their training session. I transform a private training studio into a space that allows my clients freedom to discover their potential.

I believe that a balanced approach to fitness is a more efficient way to transform the body. I am strongly dedicated to helping my clients gradually incorporate healthier habits into their lifestyles. I design training programs that not only enhance physical fitness but also improve one’s quality of life and well-being. I understand the importance of creating a fitness program that fits into your demanding schedule. When you make time for exercise, you want to get the most bang-for-your-buck. My sessions will challenge you but I am right there to offer my energy, enthusiasm and passion to motivate you to perform your best.
